After I delivered my baby, when my husband asked if there was something special that I wanted, I told him my only request was for a carrot cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes. There’s just something about the sweetness and comfort of a cake, not to mention the cute presentation of each one. I ate every bite of that cake, savoring the moistness and delicious flavor.
Nothing Bundt Cakes in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida is owned by Stephanie Quirantes, and I had the pleasure of meeting the entrepreneur recently when I went in for some gift shopping for hard-to-shop-for friends.
For my friend Sarah who had just gotten married, I got her and her new husband Rob a lemon and chocolate cake duo, wrapped up with a fun sunflower.
For my friend Kaitlin who had just had her first baby, I got some adorable cupcakes in a variety of flavors. A sure crowd pleaser, since she could share them with her family who were visiting daily to help her care for her newborn.
