The Ultimate Guide to Newborn Essentials: Must-Have Items for New Babies

This is your ONE STOP SHOP for ALL THE THINGS YOU COULD EVER WANT FOR YOUR BABY! Going through the trenches in “baby boot camp” means you need truly helpful products! While I was pregnant, I couldn’t grasp what I really needed, and what was simply unnecessary. Now that my baby Cameron (AKA “Baby Cam”) is here, I can tell you from my first-hand experience which items are crucial, and which are not useful at all.

Family Photo with Baby Cam
You may be admiring this edited family photo, but real talk — I confess I airbrushed out our “tired new parents” undereye circles, haha! Scroll to the bottom to see what happens immediately after we took this photo. Let’s just say an EXPLOSION occurred, and it was caught on camera!

Yes, babies are expensive. I received many of these items as gifts, for which I am truly grateful! No, you don’t really need everything on this list — I simply compiled everything that I have been personally using. For some of the items, I took the time to explain exactly why they are so useful. Others are self-explanatory, so I just listed them.

Here are the categories for a quick reference of what you can expect in this long post. By the way, COMMENT BELOW with what products you’ve been using that I do not have listed here, so I can add them into the section of “recommended by others”!

GO TO SLEEEEEEEEP

*Cocoon Cam — This revolutionary baby monitor is crazy-amazing for a reasonable price. It’s listed here in the place of honor – the very first spot in my long list of essentials – because it’s been a HUGE help for us, when it comes to Baby Cam’s sleep. My FAVORITE thing about this app — unlimited friends and family can log onto the app and watch, from anywhere in the world! I have watched my baby sleeping in his crib while I was at work. Anyone you choose can see your baby, live, from wherever they are. Traditional monitors only come with one screen that are limited to a certain radius around the crib, so you were stuck to your house. The fact that the Cocoon Cam streams to an app is a game-changer – so useful!

Baby Cam in his Cocoon Cam
I love watching Baby Cam in his Cocoon Cam!

The monitor sits on the wall above your child’s crib, and uses night vision technology to send a streaming live feed of video to the app, which allows you to watch everything. It has motion detection that shows a graph of your baby’s breathing, and it also sends you real-time alerts when your baby cries, goes to sleep and wakes up.  It has 2-way audio, so you can even talk to your baby to soothe him from far away!

The breathing monitoring makes me feel comfortable that it will alert me, because every new parent worries about SIDS. I watch the graph of his breathing, and it even clues me in to if he’s in a deeper sleeping state, or if he’s more likely to wake up soon — the shorter waves mean he’s not in as deep of a sleep state.

You choose if you want sound notifications. They are automatically on, but I turned them off for when Baby Cam falls asleep, because I only want to know when he cries or awakens. I also love looking at him when he’s sleeping, just for fun, because I can’t get enough of my baby! Cocoon Cam feeds my addiction.

*Graco Duetsoothe Swing + Rocker, Sapphire, One Size — It’s a favorite soother of many frazzled, sleep-deprived parents! When all else fails, just put your baby in this, and it may end up being your best bet to get the baby to sleep. However, experts advise for you to be mindful that it can give your baby a flattened head if you leave your baby in it for way too much time over many months. This rocker has something for him to look at above his head, so that’s entertaining. SAFETY NOTE: This rocker is ONLY meant to be used with the baby in the FIVE POINT HARNESS. The baby is at risk of falling out, if he or she is not secured with the five points.

*Boppy Noggin Nest Head Support – Speaking of flat heads, Baby Cam started to get one from all the time he spent on his back when he was about 2 months old. This special pillow, I think, has helped (along with us being aggressive about tummy time during the day). He sleeps on it in his Dock-a-Tot.

*Dock-a-tot — This helps babies feel comforted, like they are still in the womb, to help them rest and sleep better. My baby still sleeps in this, even now that he’s in his crib. It gives me peace of mind that he won’t roll over. Sleep experts say it’s dangerous to co-sleep with your baby, but for the first month, I was more comfortable having him beside me in the bed. I was confident I would not roll on top of him, because these bumpers are pretty sturdy and they keep him elevated.

*Rocker/recliner — We rocked to soothe him when he was fussy at nighttime. Sleep experts say it can be a “bad habit” since they eventually need to learn to self-soothe to sleep, but when he was very young, this was nice to gently lull him to rest. I still use it to read him his nighttime book.

*Summer Infant Slumber Buddies Projection and Melodies Soother, Eddie the Elephant — This little toy was great because it has a heartbeat sound. In the womb, babies are accustomed to hearing their mother’s heartbeat, so the sound effect helps them feel comforted. This toy also turns on stars that project onto the ceiling in colors like red, blue and green, and it has adjustable volume. The only downside I didn’t like was that to get to the heartbeat sound, you had to scroll through two or three other songs or sound effects. I thought that could be a little jarring in the middle of the night. Still, overall, a good purchase.

*Marpac Dohm Classic White Noise Sound Machine — I like this one because it has adjustable levels of sound and volume. It only plays white noise, but my baby is sensitive to sound, so I didn’t need one that plays music.

*Fisher-Price Infant-to-Toddler Rocker in Jungle Fun theme — This has a soothing vibration mode on it, and I love how it can convert to a toddler rocker! I also have used the top rail to keep my baby entertained with the toys on it. He’s probably too young to notice, but in my imagination, his eyes were paying attention to the colorful toys.

*Sleapea sack by Happiest Baby — We swaddled with blankets first, then graduated to a ready-made swaddle because his little arms kept popping out of the blanket swaddle. We tried 2 different kinds of ready-made swaddles, and the Happiest Baby’s was the third kind we tried. I like this one the best, because it has mesh for breathability (important because my baby is a hot biscuit and sweats a lot), a quieter Velcro (good for those middle of the night feedings where you don’t want your baby to wake up too much), and a zipper enclosure for a faster swaddle. The company calls it a “5-second swaddle,” and I concur.

Also from the Happiest Baby company…

*The SNOO — This legendary item is like a “magic baby bassinet” that uses motion detection to help your baby go to sleep and stay asleep longer – a HUGE accomplishment when they’re newborns! It detects your baby waking up, and then uses a gentle swaying/rocking motion and increasing levels of white noise to keep your baby asleep. I am sorry to say that I did not actually own one, although I wanted it SO badly! My husband put his foot down because of the high cost, since Baby Cam’s medical bills were insanely high. However, my husband wasn’t the one waking up 3 times a night to feed the baby while he was out of town for work, LOL!  😉  #TiredMama

I recommend if you have the budget for it, for you to get it. I read a ton of reviews about this product, and it seems sooo legit, plus they have a 30 day return policy and a high re-sell value. Follow them on Instagram, it will make you want one even more to see the testimonials in real time. Please remember I make a tiny commission at no extra cost to you when you purchase from my link, which is listed here.

*VAVA Baby Night Light – This is the item I recommend when people ask me what to get a friend who is having a baby shower. It’s an off-the-radar item that I have found extremely useful for middle of the night feedings when you want to be able to see, but keep the lights dim. It has a two-tap on/off feature, a dimming feature if you do a long touch, and it can give either yellow or white light. Affordable at less than $25, and so useful – the perfect baby gift!

FOOD / MOUTH / STOMACH ITEMS

*Baby Brezza Formula Pro – This was a game-changer for faster feedings, because we used to pre-make formula and have it ready in the fridge. It would take 6 minutes to heat up in the bottle warmer, and during those 6 minutes, my baby would scream until he was fed. Six minutes feels like a lifetime when you have a screaming baby. When my dad bought us ours for a gift, I was so happy because it only takes 10 seconds to make a bottle of formula! Super helpful, because the bottle is made at the right temperature and is ready to drink.

*Philips AVENT Bottle Warmer, Fast – Good for heating up refrigerated breast milk without overheating it. When you overheat breast milk, it can lose valuable nutrients.

*Philips Avent Anti-Colic Baby Bottle with AirFree Vent Beginner Gift Set Clear, SCD394/02 – Good for babies that are gassy (like mine). It helps them swallow less air when you keep the green part of the bottle facing upwards, since the innovative design keeps the nipple full of milk.

*Philips Avent SCF190/01 Soothie 0-3mth Green/Green, 2pk – This pacifier has been favorite of babies for decades! My baby loves them the most.

*TYRY.HU Pacifier Clips Silicone Teething Beads BPA Free Binky Holder for Girls, Boys, Baby Shower Gift, Teether Toys, Soothie, Mam, Drool Bibs, Set of 2 (Green, Gray) – We learned quickly that having a pacifier everywhere was one thing, but actually having it clipped to the baby was even better. So now we keep pacifiers clipped to his bib! These will be useful for when the baby starts teething.

*Mylicon Infant Drops Anti-Gas Relief Dye Free formula, 0.5 Fluid Ounce – Cam’s pediatrician says all babies get gas. She said some parents give these drops to their babies at every feeding! I don’t go that far, but I do notice he does better when he gets them regularly, at least 3-4 times a day.

*Little Remedies Gripe Water-No Alcohol, Sodium Bicarbonate, Artificial Color & Gluten Free-Safe for Newborns-4 oz Bottle – A more gentle version to get the gas out. I confess this did not work as well as the gas drops.

BONUS: Click here for a recipe for an all-natural gas eliminating tea that has worked wonders for my baby, as well as a 2-week old baby boy belonging to my friend Clarissa:

*Mommy’s Bliss Baby Probiotic Drops Everyday – Diarrhea, Gas, Constipation, Colic Relief – Newborns and Up – Natural, Flavorless, 0.34 Fl Oz – I give a dose of these to my baby every single day.

*Similac Pro-Advance Infant Formula with 2’-FL HMO for Immune Support, Ready to Feed Newborn Bottles, 2 fl oz, (48 Count) – This is a really popular formula, so it is the toughest to find in stores. These ready-to-drink bottles are perfect for on-the-go.

*Soraco Baby Bottle Drying Rack Countertop Green – This is helpful for a counter-top one-stop shop to dry your baby bottles.

*Boon Stem Drying Rack Accessory, White/Yellow — I like to dry pacifiers and some nipples on this rack, which elevates them above the other drying rack so you can squeeze more bottles onto the surface area.

*Munchkin Sponge Bottle Brush — This is handy, because it comes with a suction stand that sticks to your counter.

DIAPER STUFF

*bumGenius All-In-One Newborn Cloth Diaper – Fits Babies 6 to 12 Pounds (Albert) — If you want to go green, this is the cloth diaper we used. I confess I used way more disposable diapers than cloth, but my bestie gifted me this and I enjoyed using it – it was totally fine, even for when he would poo! The only downside overall, to me, is that you can’t use diaper cream with this. The item says, “No stuffing, no diaper cover and no folding means that this is the easiest-to-use and quite possibly, the most convenient newborn diaper you can buy. Easy to use closures are hook & loop, and the tabs have that stretch that you love in deluxe disposable diapers.”

*Playtex Diaper Genie Complete Assembled Diaper Pail with Odor Lock Technology & 1 Full Size Refill, White (1 Pail and 1 Refill per Unit) — If you’re using disposable diapers, you NEED this. Don’t let your house be stank.  😉

*Playtex Diaper Genie Refills for Diaper Genie Diaper Pails – 270 Count (Pack of 3) — Just go ‘head on and get these, too. You don’t want to run out. TRUST.

*Delta Children Eclipse Changing Table, Black Cherry — We love this thing, because of the two layers of shelves beneath the changing table top. We stacked those full of disposable diapers in the future sizes he will soon grow into.

*Munchkin Warm Glow Wipes Warmer – This is an item a friend told me to skip, like it wasn’t needed. However, whenever I would wipe my baby’s butt with a cold wipe at midnight, he would scream and wake up — while I was trying to keep him calm, and in a “sleepwalker” state so he would go back to sleep more easily. So I got this wipes warmer, and it has made a huge difference – he doesn’t even notice it at all! I also like that it has a nice little soft night-light for those nighttime changes. I place my baby on the changing table with his head by this soft night light, and then I put the Vava Baby Night Light near his butt so I can give him a good wipe-down.

*Munchkin Diaper Duty Organizer — This keeps all of our diaper-changing essentials in one handy-dandy place. Very convenient when you’re in a hurry – and honestly, who wants to take a long time during a diaper change? Your baby certainly doesn’t!

Please note that the wipes warmer and items are not included in the organizer, you will have to buy them separately.

*Boudreaux’s Butt Paste Diaper Rash Ointment | Natural | 4 oz. Tube | Paraben & Preservative Free – I had forgotten that you have to apply a cream to a baby’s bum every single time you change a diaper. Good thing a helpful neighbor taught me that! If you don’t, your baby could develop a diaper rash, because sitting in urine or poo is basically sitting in acid. Make sure your baby is lathered up with this glop, and he or she will be sitting in comfort, even in a full diaper.

*BabyBum Diaper Cream Brush, Blue Full Size + Gray Mini (2-Pack) – I hated applying diaper cream with my bare fingers. It would always get under my fingernails, and since it was water resistant, it was hard to wash off. Enter these amazing tools! They’re basically like cake batter spatulas – they’re made of gentle rubber, and all you have to do is thoroughly wipe it down with a baby wipe after use. SO convenient! The smaller sized one is perfect for your diaper bag on-the-go.

*Pampers Swaddlers Disposable Diapers Size Newborn, 120 Count – These were the best for my baby, because they had no leaks. I love the blue stripe that alerts you that your baby needs a change. Super helpful. I tried the Honest Co. diapers, but they didn’t have that stripe, so I had to do the old-fashioned “open it and touch it” or “lift the butt and smell it” – that got old really fast!

*The Honest Company Honest Company Baby Wipes, Fragrance Free, Classic, 288 Count — I just liked these the best. I tried the nontoxic water wipes, but I didn’t like their performance. These may not be as “all natural” as the water wipes, but I liked these better.

CLOTHING

*Hand mittens – So your baby doesn’t scratch his or her face with those little sharp fingernails.

*Onesies

*Burp cloths and bibs – My baby wears bibs all the time because I got tired of changing his onesie. Now we just swap out the bib at every feeding, and it’s so much easier!

KEEP THAT BABY CLEAN AND GLOWING! BATHTIME & SKINCARE

*Monat Rejuvenique Oil – This all-natural oil cured my baby’s cradle cap within like 2-3 days. It’s also great for dry scalp and skin. This is my home-based business haircare line, and see below for how it helps as a postpartum hair loss treatment and hair loss prevention for mama!

*Earth Mama Angel Baby shampoo – Check out the ingredients list, it’s all natural (toxin-free) plus it smells like a delicious baby. The foam pump is convenient!

*Ultra soft bamboo washcloths – When you give your baby a bath, even if you use tear-free shampoo, I recommend covering his face with a clean, dry washcloth when you tilt his head back and rinse his scalp.

*Luvable Friends Animal Face Hooded Woven Terry Baby Towel, Duck – Good to keep your baby’s head covered as you dry him or her off after bathtime.

*Skip Hop Moby Baby Bath Tub 3 In 1 Smart Sling, Blue – Not only is this really cute — it has a newborn insert to keep your baby elevated before he or she is ready for a full-immersion bath. Even when my baby was 2.5 months old, I still used that newborn insert because it gave me more peace of mind.

*Nasal aspirator — This is a necessity to keep your baby’s nose/airways clean and snot-free! My baby would SCREAM and cry every time we used the Nose Frieda, which is what many parents use. However, this product by Bubzi did the same exact thing without him crying at all! He acted like it didn’t even faze him when I would insert this in his nose. Another reason I like it better than the Nose Frieda is that it does not need a filter, so you don’t have to keep buying those disposable sponge filters. It does work better if you buy a separate spray, though. That’s the next item!

*Safety 1st Sleepy Baby Nail Clipper (Colors May Vary) — You gotta clip those baby nails – they rake their faces and scratch them! Poor Baby Cam is always scratching his face, which is why I did mittens on him for so long.

*Baby Electric Nail File/Trimmer — I like this even more than the previous nail clipper, so if you want to go the distance, try this. It gently files the baby’s nails down, and it doesn’t hurt the skin. My baby barely even notices when I file his nails with this!

ON THE GO/TRAVEL

*Eddie Bauer Back Pack Diaper Bag, Grey Heather — I cannot convey to you how much I love this practical backpack diaper bag, with its unisex coloring, washable changing pad and a ton of pockets! It has an insulated side pocket to keep bottles at the right temperature, and the other side pocket has a flap to easily access baby wipes for quick diaper changes. It comes straps to hook onto a stroller, and tons of zippers. LOVE. I even have a YouTube video review of it coming on my channel, showing how I pack it!

*Skip Hop Grab-and-Go Pacifier Pocket, Black or the Ju-Ju-Be Onyx Collection Paci Pod Pacifier Holder, Black Matrix if you want to be more stylish — I keep this strapped to the outside of the diaper bag for when we need fast access to a pacifier. Which could literally be at any time, honestly.

*Ju-Ju-Be Legacy Collection Be Prepared Diaper Bag, The First Lady — This bag is the CADILLAC of baby bags, if you want one that is the roomiest, most pocketed, most organized… it’s just so, so legit. Watch Youtube video reviews, you will be impressed how you can stuff it so full!

*Portable diaper changing pad clutch — If I’m going for a super-quick outing or dinner with my husband, I don’t want to carry in the Ju-Ju-Be or Eddie Bauer diaper bags. I just don’t. So now I have a clutch bag with essentials for the changing essentials! I even squeezed in a couple of formula bottles, as well as a small pack of wipes, one diaper and one small container of diaper cream.

*Ergobaby 360 All Carry Positions Award-Winning Cool Mesh Ergonomic Baby Carrier, Carbon Grey — This is the ULTIMATE soother for my baby – when I put him in it, he’s guaranteed to stop crying and fall asleep quickly. When he gets really fussy, I wear him in this and do my chores around the house – sometimes, that’s the only way I’ve been able to accomplish anything, like actually get to eat, do dishes, etc. I also have the Boba 4G Carrier – but I find I prefer the Ergobaby, because it is more breathable and has more waist support, which seems to put less of a strain on my lower back when I carry Baby Cam.

*Boba Baby Wrap Carrier — This also helps your baby feel like he or she is in the womb. It’s my least favorite of the three I own, though, because it takes the longest to put on. You have to go through the steps of securely wrapping the baby in. I also don’t like that my baby, who is a hot biscuit, gets a little warm in it (because we live in Florida and he is always warm). On the plus side, it’s the most affordable of the three.

*Milk Snob Car Seat Cover and Nursing Cover — This multi-tasking product can be used in several ways: for nursing (or even breast pumping in your car), a car seat cover, a shopping cart cover… handy-dandy, and the fabric is super-soft.

DAILY SURVIVAL

*Baby Tracker Pro app (or the free version if you want to save $4.99) – YOU NEED THIS APP. Don’t be like we were, tracking your baby’s bowel movement times in an old-fashioned notebook. Instead, use this crazy-helpful tracker app that is worth every penny of the $4.99 cost. There’s a free version, but I wanted the paid one because it has charts you can export. If that doesn’t appeal to you, just get the freebie. It tracks feedings, changes, medications, sleep, breast pumping and more! Even milestones like first smiles, regular stuff like baths, etc.

*Health o meter Grow with Me 2-in-1 Baby to Toddler Scale with Growth Chart Book — Especially with a newborn, you want to make sure he or she is gaining weight on track.

*Electric kettle – For a quick sterilization, you can boil water in the kettle and pour the boiling water to completely cover the items in a sterile pan, then let the items cool off in the hot water.

*Muslin blankets – You need more of these than you think you do. I like these by aden + anais, and you can use them for swaddling, too, if you don’t want to buy an actual swaddle.

*Graco Pack ‘N Play Playard with Newborn Napperstation – This has been great for us to keep downstairs, since our nursery is upstairs. The pack and pay has a changing table, and a vibrating bassinet. When my baby is older, he can play in it during the daytime.

*Meal delivery subscriptions – Gobble to me was the yummiest one that I tried. GoReadyMade has meals that are fresher than the frozen meals, and all you have to do is microwave them. I also reviewed HelloFresh and Sunbasket.

*COFFEE for mom and dad — ‘Nuff said!

*Premier Protein 30g Protein Shake, Caramel, 12 Count – For when you’re too busy for a meal, but you need sustenance. I like to mix mine with coffee and ice.

*Daily Harvest | Organic, Farm-Frozen Ready-to-Eat smoothies, soups, sundaes — I’m kind of obsessed with these, because I drink a green smoothie daily. These have everything you need! I tried the soups, but the smoothies are the shining stars. The sundaes are great for a healthful indulgence. I like to add an extra banana to everything to make them even sweeter and get that bonus kick of potassium.

BREASTFEEDING AND PUMPING

I thought about doing an entire blog about my breastfeeding/pumping journey. Instead of that, I’ll just give you the quick run-down. My baby was 5 weeks premature, and he went to the NICU, so he got a bottle of formula immediately. I did produce colostrum, but I’m not producing as much milk to feed him – only about a third of what he eats per day comes from me. HOWEVER, I did a TON of research, met with a lactation consultant, watched sooo many YouTube vidoes and read sooo many blogs – I feel like I’m extra-knowledgeable about what to do, even if my body is not cooperating as much as I wish it would!

Below are the items that have helped me in my breastfeeding/pumping journey. Please note that I have multiple set-ups of breast pumps: the hospital grade pump that I’m renting, the Medela Freestyle regular flanges and the Pumping Pals ones, and the Freemies. They’re all below!

*Medela Freestyle breast pump, and extra tubing and shield connectors and membranes in case they break – Do your research like I did, and you’ll find a ton of great reviews about this breast pump. I LOVE the portability factor of it! I have a setup where I have the hands-free pumping bra (get one by clicking here in small, medium or large), and you can literally walk around your house pumping and getting stuff done. That’s a GAME-CHANGER. Target also sells this pump and parts, which is good for emergencies when you need something quickly. You can’t afford to skip a day pumping if you are missing a part.

I also have a rented hospital grade pump, which I always make sure to use as my first and last pump of the day (since it has the best suction). But I actually like the Medela Freestyle better, not only for the portability, but because I’m also able to use a lactation massager while I use the freestyle. That leads into the next product.

*LaVie Lactation Massager Breast Care for Breastfeeding, Rose — This is excellent for massaging your breasts while you’re pumping, to ensure you’re getting out all the milk. Hand expression gets old fast, and this massager really works well. It also helped me unclog a couple of ducts – keep reading to the next product to find out how I did that.

*Haakaa Breastpump with Flower Stopper — You can use this to suction to your free breast when your baby is feeding on the other one. I used it, along with the LaVie Lactation Massager above, to unclog a clogged duct. You fill the Haakaa with warm water and 1 tbs. of Epsom salts, then suction it to your breast – just make sure your nipple is in as much water as possible. Use the massager to press into the clogged duct, and you can literally watch the milk come pouring out of your breast into the water.

*Sunflower lecithin supplements — This also helped me unclog a duct, and now I never get clogged ducts because this supplement helps your milk come out. I also feel like my milk comes out more quickly, too, because of this.

*Freemie Collection Cups The Only Hands Free and Concealable Breast Pump Milk Collection System — These made such a huge difference for me, in terms of actually being able to DO things while I was pumping! For the first 6 weeks, I pumped with the Medela hands-free bra connected to the large bottles hanging down from my chest. It was unwieldy and awkward – I would struggle to hold my baby while I was pumping, or to do chores like washing dishes, cooking dinner, etc. Once I got these Freemies, I really felt FREE – like I could actually accomplish things like rocking my baby, unloading the dishwasher, sweeping the floor! I know, I know, after a C-section I shouldn’t have been up and about doing so many chores. But I did, and these made it way easier!

*Pumpin’ Pal Breast Pump Flanges (Set Regular, S,M,L Pairs) — For more comfort for your regular breast pump.

*BeauGen Breast Pump Cushions — I put these in the flanges of the hospital grade pump I use.

*Coconut oil — For before pumping to moisturize.

*Nursing balm or lanolin cream — For after pumping, to soothe.

*Medela Contact Nipple Shields, 24mm Nippleshield, Pack of 2 with Carrying Case, Made Without BPA— This is the only way my baby will actually latch on – he is bottle fed, so these make him think I’m a bottle, LOL!

*Milkmakers Lactation Cookie Bites, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, 10 Count— I loved snacking on these when I was trying to get my supply established. I would bring them with me whenever I left the house, too! I made some homemade lactation cookies recipes on my own, but these ready-made ones are way more convenient and delicious. I would dip them in the Bolthouse Farms Pea Protein milk for an extra boost of protein!

*Brewer’s yeast — This is the ingredient in lactation cookies that actually boosts your milk-making abilities. I now blend1 tbs. into my daily green smoothie. Click here to watch my YouTube tutorial on how to make green smoothies.

*Nursing bra — For easy access, and they’re comfy. They also keep your chest from showing any leakage. Mamas ain’t got time for dat!

*Mother’s Milk tea – This has fenugreek, which can really boost your supply. However, it might make some sensitive babies gassy, so be aware of that possibility. Most moms can use it with no problems, though.

*Legendairy Milk supplements – I took them all when my baby was born, but I think they were not as effective for me because my milk had not fully come in yet. I started taking the Organic Lactation Bestseller Bundle again recently, but the best two that worked for me are not included in that bundle: the Lactivist and Cash Cow supplements, plus the Organic Sunflower Lecithin. Everyone is different, though, so different supplements that they offer might be the best “pill cocktail” for you! The company recommends trying them one at a time to see which boosts your milk the most.

POSTPARTUM MAMA HAIR LOSS & PREVENTION

My home-based business is Monat, which has helped both my husband and me with regrowing our hair. Click here for my business link!

For postpartum hair loss, use our Intense Repair Treatment and S3 Supplements – it’s called our “Power Boost System.” To go the extra mile, also get the Black 2-in-1 Shampoo and Conditioner, and our Intense Repair Conditioner.

I also recommend going with the Rejuvenique Oil as a scalp treatment if you want to go the full sha-bang. It’s pricey, but worth every penny. It has 101 uses – I even use it on my face as a nighttime treatment, and I credit it with helping to clear up my cystic acne, which I’ve had for 20 years!

THE END! Or is it THE BEGINNING?

Thank you all for sticking with me through this long blog post – be sure to comment below with any products you have used in your parenting journey that you think will help others!!!

Love ya,
